Pop star Jade assembles for unfiltered TV interview
The South Shields singer is among a line up of celebrities who have signed on for The Assembly on ITV

North East singer Jade Thirlwall is set to be one of the first guests on The Assembly - a refreshing series that offers a new take on celebrity interviews.
The ITV show, which was piloted on the BBC last year with a episode featuring Michael Sheen, will see a panel of autistic, neurodivergent, and learning disabled bringing their own perspectives, curiosity, and sense of humour to each interview.
Setting aside the polished answers and rehearsed soundbites, The Assembly promises raw, real, and often hilarious conversations where no topic is off the table.
Following last year’s pilot, the format - an adaptation of the French show Les Rencontres du Papotin - was picked up by ITV for a full series.
Other interviewees include David Tennant, Gary Lineker and Danny Dyer.
The Assembly will air on ITV later this year.
